1) Bourbon Sour (Whiskey Sour)

This veteran drink is the right mix of simple syrup, citrus, and Bourbon that mesmerizes your passion.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Oz  Bourbon

  • 1 Oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice 

  • 1 Egg white

  • 3/4 oz simple syrup

  • Ice for serving

  • Cherry and lemon wedge for garnishing

Steps

  • Mix bourbon, simple syrup, egg white, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.

  • Put ice cubes and shake until cold.

  • Pour the drink into a lowball glass.

  • Garnish with cherry and lemon wedge.

    2) Gold Rush

The classic gold rush comes with a sweet and tangy flavor that will enrich your taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 Oz  Bourbon
  • 1 Oz Honey Syrup (Quick recipe: mix 1 cup of honey and 1/3 cup of water, heat over medium flame. It can be stored up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.)
  • 1 Oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Lemon peel for garnishing

Steps

  • Mix bourbon, honey syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker.
  • Add ice cubes, and shake for 15-20 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into the cocktail glass, and garnish with a lemon peel.
  • Boulevardier is a warm, spicy cocktail that resembles Negroni but it is made with whiskey instead

Ingredients:

  • 2 Oz  Bourbon

  • 1 Oz Campari

  • 1 Oz of Italian Vermouth

  • Ice cubes

  • Orange Peel for garnishing

Steps:

  • Mix bourbon, vermouth, and Campari in a cocktail glass filled with ice.

  • Stir the drink for a few seconds until cold.

  • Take a lowball or traditional whiskey glass, and strain the drink into it. 

  • Add ice cubes if required, and garnish with orange peel.
