Damaged Products

In case if the consignment you received contains damaged products, please follow the following procedure:

Take a picture of the damaged item.

Write to our customer care on customerservice@liquorwinetime.com

Our customer service agent will contact you and assess the damage and suggest further course of action.

If the product needs to be returned, in some cases we can arrange for FedEx to pick up the consignment and reship back to us. For such a situation you need to make sure the item is sent back wrapped and sealed in the packaging material. Therefore, you are advised to keep the packaging material safely and discard it only if you are satisfied with the item.


Refunds:

Refunds will be considered on a case to case basis. Once the refund is agreed upon by both the parties after careful consideration, it will be initiated from our side with immediate effect. It may take 48-72 hours to reflect in your account as there will be banking processes involved.
