Cutwater Spirits Three Sheets Barrel Aged Rum is aged for 2 years in virgin American Oak barrels. This aging brings forth caramel and toffee flavors mixed with tobacco and vanilla.

This amazing rum starts with organic evaporated cane sugar, which is fermented using a proprietary yeast blend. Fermentation happens in a custom-built hybrid pot/column still. It’s the raw organic sugar that lends a hand in making this a unique rum. No added flavors! This rum is one you’re going to have a tough time forgetting!
