Smith & Cross Traditional Jamaican Rum is mix of heavy bodied Wedderburn-style rum and medium bodied Plummer, and it’s a rum that’s making waves in the bar world! Bottled at 57%, navy strength, and intensely flavored, this works well in cocktails but also has a depth that rewards those who like to sip their rum. Your first sip of this rum will make you say “Wow!” This is a classical style rum fermented using ambient yeast, and distilled using real pot stills. The ambient yeast gives it a hint of a tangy flavor, that’s a little like sourdough bread.
